HOW WE HANDLE POLICY

Data, Security and Account Rights Under These Terms

We take our obligations under these Terms & Conditions seriously — here is how we handle the key areas your account depends on.

Data Handling

Account data you submit during registration is stored securely and used only to operate your account, process UPI or Paytm transactions, and comply with any legal obligation applicable to your region under local law.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies to maintain your session, remember your deposit method preference (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe), and analyse how the platform performs. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time without losing your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately via live chat. We will freeze the account within minutes of a verified security report.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable law. Once that period lapses and your account is closed, personal data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data schedule.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details such as your registered name, mobile number, or linked UPI handle, submit a request through the Help Centre. Changes are reviewed within 48 hours and confirmed by email to your registered address.

Who to Contact

For any formal question about how these Terms & Conditions affect your rights — including data access requests or account closure — write to our dedicated compliance contact listed in the Help Centre under Legal Notices.

Common Questions About These Terms & Conditions

Below are the questions we receive most often about the Terms & Conditions that apply to accounts on badshacric.net. If your question is not covered here, reach us via live chat or email.

Yes. Every transaction on your account — whether you deposit using UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — is governed by these terms. The payment method you choose does not change any of the eligibility or withdrawal rules set out here.

Account access depends entirely on whether local law in your jurisdiction permits it. Where local law does not permit online gaming activity, you are not eligible to hold an account, and we reserve the right to close any account that falls into that category.

Revised terms are published on badshacric.net with an updated date. We recommend checking the Help Centre periodically. Continuing to use your account after a revision goes live constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold at any time by contacting our compliance team via the Help Centre. We aim to respond to verified data access requests within 30 days, in line with applicable law.

We may suspend or permanently close an account if eligibility requirements are not met, if verification documents are not provided when requested, or if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified. You will be notified by email where possible.

Submit a correction request through the Help Centre with supporting documentation. Our team reviews such requests within 48 hours. Verified changes — such as an updated UPI handle or phone number — are applied and confirmed by email.

After account closure, we retain transaction and identity records for the period required under applicable local law. Once that retention period ends, your data is deleted or anonymised. You can ask our compliance contact for the specific timeline.
