We collect only what is needed to run your account: your registration details, KYC documents for identity verification, and transaction records from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments. No surplus data is gathered or stored beyond operational necessity.

Account Security Measures

Accounts are protected with encrypted password storage and optional two-factor authentication via SMS. Suspicious login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an automated alert to your registered mobile number before access is granted.

Account data is retained for the period required under Indian financial regulations and then securely deleted. Transaction logs tied to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are kept for a minimum of five years in line with standard compliance requirements.
